Yesterday was Hell for me at work. Patients trying my patients I should say. With family memebers and everyone else. I have to admit I did a good job though. Very impressed with myself for the second day of working by myself.

Sorry your day was trying, but good for you that you did well with it.
I have to admit I'd probably like that kind of job too, because I imagine that it can be so fulfilling. AT least you know that you made a difference in somebody's life.
