I don't think I've ever heard the concept explained any better than this:
Well you see, Norm, it's like this . . . A herd of buffalo can only move as fast as the slowest buffalo.
And when the herd is hunted, it is the slowest and weakest ones at the back that are killed first .
This natural selection is good for the herd as a whole, because the general speed and health of the
whole group keeps improving by the regular killing of the weakest members.
In much the same way, the human brain can only operate as fast as the slowest brain cells.
Now, as we know, excessive intake of alcohol kills brain cells.
But naturally, it attacks the slowest and weakest brain cells first...
In this way, regular consumption of beer eliminates the weaker brain cells, making the brain a faster and more efficient machine.
And that, Norm, is why you always feel smarter after a few beers...'

Funny! You have a great weekend too, Ray!! Hugs!
Clever and funny!
This sounds totally off the wall, but I wonder if anyone ever noticed this the way I did:
It seems in Cheers, someone in the production crew had a thing for Cliff's ass! Time after time, there was always a shot of Cliff standing and leaning against the bar. The camera would always pan up from behind him showing his ass hoisted up in the air, and I have to say--he had a mighty fine ass!
Anyone notice this, or is it just me?
Oh Ray, I wish it was true, I'd be a very clever man now if it was. Buen fin de semana! ;)
LOL now let me have a few beers

Thoughtful feature today, Ray, and a nice weekend to you and everyone here.
I hate to admit it but I can see real logic in that theory!
I sure did like "Cheers." One can honestly say, they just don't make TV shows like that anymore.
What a shame.

What's you're IQ, stud?! ;-)
sensible philosophy!
Particularly if you are drinking a certain bourbon that has a buffalo/bison on the bottle. The name of which escapes me.
I thought it was to cute. Thanks Bam Bam for making my day with laughter.
Hugs
