Hey Ray, I e-mailed you about posting videos, not sure you got it though.
About the putting the picture on the side, that actually isn't that hard to do. Just go into Blogger's "Layout" section, and look for the "Add A Page Element". Click it and then look for the "Picture" link. Thats the little code you use to load a picture on the side. Click on it and then give it a title (if you want) or just leave the title field blank.
Use the "Browse" button to find where your pic you want on the right side is. click on "Save changes". And wallah! It should be there.
You can change where the pic will be on the right side by going back into Blogger's layout section. Find where the picture you want to move is, and then just move your mouse over it, you should see a weird 4-directional symbol. Just click anywhere in that area and drag it where you want the pic to be.
Phew - hope that helps.
BTW, great job on the blog so far.
#4 is definitely the hottest pic to me.
